How to change the status of a customer (2.0)

At times, as managers, you may want to change the status of customers systematically.

You can do this from two places:

  1. Within the Campaign Itself:

    To change the status of a customer from within the campaign, go to the Campaigns page, click on the relevant campaign, and enter the Customers section under the campaign.

    After entering the campaign, search for the customer: click on the "Filter" button and fill in the customer's name or phone number in the relevant field.

    Now, click the "Filter" button to find the customer in actuality.

    Select the customer with the checkbox on the left side of the customer.

    At the top, choose the status to which you want to move the customer.

    Choose the status and click on "Change.



2. Using the Report Generator:

First, we always recommend working through the Report Generator. The Report Generator allows you to perform cuts and more complex operations from within one screen.

To change the status of customers using the Report Generator, go to the Report Generator.

Click on the "Filter" button, under Campaign Customer filters, select the campaign for which you want to change the status of the customer.

Close Campaign Customer filters.

Open Customer filters and search for the customer by name or phone number.

Scroll to the bottom of the filter window and click on "Filter."

Now, select the customer with the checkbox on the left side of the name.

After marking the customer, click on the "Actions" button.

Now, choose "Campaign Customer actions."

Choose the status to which you want to move the customer.

Click on the "Change" button.
