There is a function in the system called "Number Rotation".
Its purpose is to alternate numbers every X time to increase response rate and prevent your numbers from being flagged as spam.
You can define the interval at which the rotation operates.
Steps for setting rotation groups:
In the Numbers page click on "Rotation groups"
Click on "add rotation group"
Define a name for this rotation group, assign the interval at which the number changes, and finally assign to the campaign(s) on which we want the rotation to operate.
We can also set a time zone for this rotation- this setting is mainly for campaigns with customers from different time zones - that way you can call each customer using a correct dialing number
In the Numbers page - assign the number you wish that will work on interval
