In order to find a customer in the system you should:

1. Stop the operation of the system (through the button that turns the work-station off).

2. Click the Show My Customers button.

3. Now Search By Number Or Name will be displayed (searching by name or by phone number).

4. Type in the name or the phone number.

5. In addition to the phone number or instead of the phone number, you will be able to press on the various filters here: For example, filtering customers in a specific status (Interested / Not Interested / Followup / Completed, etc.). You will be able to filter customers in specific campaigns, customers whose meeting should take place on specific dates, etc.

7. Press the Apply button (send).

8.After the filtering, you will see the customer you searched for.

In case you haven't found the customer you are looking for - follow these steps:

Check if you have been searching for a customer who is assigned to you only- if this customer is yet to be assigned to you, you will not find them if this filter is set.

2. What you need to do is switch this filter to "All customers"

If you still haven't found the customer there are other possible reasons:

  • You don't have permission to see all customers

  • This customer is Blacklisted

    In these cases its best to contact your manager to check your permission settings
