Sometimes we want to change the customer’s status even after we ended the call with the customer and documented it, for example, if, at the end of the call, we made a mistake in the documentation and we are interested in correcting it.

1. We will press on “Show My Customers” in order to display the customers.

2. We will search for the desired customer (we can search by a certain name, number or status) and click "Change"

3. The window of the end of the call will pop up again, and we will be able to update an updated status for an existing customer.
