In order to schedule appointments in your interface, you have 2 options:
From the customer's card, click on the menu (3 dots) and select "Add appointment."
If you want to schedule the appointment during a call, open the calendar, check our availability, and click on the "+" sign on the desired date and time.
Fill in the details for your appointment:
Appointment Type - Physical / Video / Phone (Note: Phone does not generate a follow-up, only the appointment itself in the calendar).
Title - Appointment title
Date - Appointment date
Start time - Start time of the appointment
End time - End time of the appointment
Location - Appointment location
Additional info - Additional information for the appointment
Campaign - The campaign under which the appointment will be scheduled
Agent - Who will conduct the appointment in practice (under which calendar it will appear).
Set as Creator - you can choose to change the creator of this appointment
Now, click on "Save Appointment."
Please note, if after clicking on "Save Appointment" you see a red note, check one of two things:
Does the customer have another scheduled appointment (you can see this on the customer's tab)?
Is there already an appointment at the same time?
If you have checked and still want to save the appointment, click "Save Appointment" again.
